National Relaxation Day, annually observed on August 15th, is a wonderful day which reminds us to take a break from the fast-paced and often hectic lifestyles we live today.
National Relaxation Day is all about awakening your senses and taking the attention away from your mind. For many of us, our to-do lists are never ending. Our bodies and minds however, require downtime or simply just moments of peace, no matter what kind of day it is.
