Lindsay Lohan confesses "I admit it, I've lost Control of my life"

Lindsay Lohan has hit rock bottom yet again and she knows it ... finally admitting her life has gone off the rails and she desperately needs professional help (TMZ has learned).

Lindsay's telling friends, she thought she had turned over a new leaf
back in March when she completed the terms of her sentence in the jewelry heist case ... and Judge Stephanie Sautner maternally warned, "Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."

Lindsay clearly ignored that advice ... and now we're told she's inconsolable -- repeatedly calling her lawyer Shawn Holley in tears. In classic Lindsay form, she knows her life is out of control, but she's blaming it on others, saying she has again hooked up with a bad group of people and had run-ins with "opportunists" who have tried to provoke her.

As for drugs and alcohol ... Lindsay is still adamant ... she doesn't have a problem. As they say, there is none so blind as those who will not see.

Lindsay believes her real problem is that she never stuck with counseling, but thinks regular appointments with a professional could be her salvation. It's probably not coincidental that counseling is now the only possible way she can avoid jail for the new crimes and probation violation.

Finally ... Lindsay is confessing to friends she has a big problem with impulse control ... in other words, she doesn't think before she acts. She thinks a shrink can help her in that department.

If she did, maybe there'd be no such thing as "Liz and Dick."

Lindsay Lohan gives NYPD statement following an alleged physical altercation at the W Hotel in New York City

According to our source, Lohan was hanging out in her hotel room with a group of people that included a man whom she later suspected of taking pictures of her and saving them on his phone. Our source alleges that the man "threw [Lohan] down" when she asked to see his phone, leading the actress to run out of the room. The source continues to allege that the man attempted to choke Lohan after catching her in the hotel stairwell.

The man in question, Christian LaBella, was arrested and held at the 13th Precinct, according to our source.

WNBC in New York reports that LaBella was charged this afternoon with assault and harassment.

UPDATE: Lohan's rep has given a statement to The Insider, stating, "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."

Law Enforcement has now identified and arrested Lindsay Lohans attacker, Christian LaBalla who  was arrested and charged today for the earlier attack on Lindsay Lohan.  LaBella was arrested following the alleged run-in with Lohan on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.

According to sources, Lohan told police she met the man at 1 Oak, a nightclub in Chelsea. Lohan said the two got into an argument later on in her hotel room after Lindsay noticed the man had taken photos of her on his phone.

A few of Lindsay’s friends were in the room at the time the photos were taken.

Our sources say Lindsay told police she confronted the man about the pics and he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands. Lindsay ran out of the room, but returned later. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.

According to sources, a friend of hers was able to pull the man off her. Lohan claims she pulled the fire alarm to signal for help and cops were able to arrive in time to arrest the man.

Lindsay Lohan, 25, was reportedly paid close to $1 million to pose for Playboy

Lindsay Lohan's nude photo spread for Playboy is helping the men's magazine break sales records, according to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
CNN calls to a dozen newsstands in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Atlanta Sunday found just one that is sold out of the issue, and that store expected more to arrive Monday.

Lohan, 25, was reportedly paid close to $1 million to pose for the photos taken in a style reminiscent of the nude photograph of Marilyn Monroe that graced the debut issue of Playboy in 1953. Unlike Lohan, Monroe was reportedly paid just $50 for the 1949 photo shoot that produced the image that was bought by Hefner after she became a star.

"The Lindsay Lohan January-February Double Issue is breaking sales records," Hefner said in a message posted on his Twitter account Sunday. A Playboy spokesman would not give sales numbers, but the official did say it was selling "very well." The Playboy gig was a rare moneymaking opportunity for Lohan, whose acting career has been hampered in the past two years by frequent trips to court, probation restrictions, extended drug rehab stints and several visits to jail. Her legal woes stem from two drunken-driving convictions in 2007, a necklace theft conviction in 2011 and several probation violations.

Actress Lindsay Lohan attends her progress hearing at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles on October 19. Troubled US actress Lindsay Lohan was turned away from the LA county morgue Thursday, after turning up late for community service ordered as part of her probation, officials said. Troubled US actress Lindsay Lohan was turned away from the LA county morgue Thursday, after turning up late for community service ordered as part of her probation terms, officials said. The star apologized for being late, her latest no-show, saying on Twitter than she wouldn't do it again. Lohan had been scheduled to arrive for an 8:00 am start, a day after she was briefly jailed when a Los Angeles judge revoked the probation pending a hearing to determine whether she violated her terms. The 25-year-old turned at 8:41 am, and was therefore turned away for being late, said coroner's chief Craig Harvey. "She's welcome to come back, but she has to show up on time," he said. The star of "Mean Girls" appeared handcuffed in court on Wednesday, but was later released after paying $100,000 bail, and a probation violation hearing was set for November 2. Lohan apologized for being late on Twitter, writing: "With all the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I've never been so happy to go to therapy!!!!"

"Also, I'm sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the coroner's office. Won't happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help," she added.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner said Wednesday that Lohan had failed to complete the 480 hours of community service as ordered for her jewelry theft conviction.
Most of the hours had been due to be completed at the Downtown Women's Center as ordered, but Lohan missed nine appointments. And when she did attend, Sautner said she sometimes only stayed for one hour, rather than the required minimum of four.
"There has been violation after violation," Sautner said. "Probation is a gift. It's a gift. It's not a right."
Lohan was sentenced to 35 days of house detention in May, as part of a plea bargain over the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry shop near her home in Venice Beach.
Sautner ruled she had violated her probation for a 2007 drug and drunk driving offense when she allegedly stole the necklace on January 22.
Lohan -- once the promising child star of hit Disney movies "The Parent Trap" and "Freaky Friday" -- has a reputation for hard partying and has faced a series of legal tangles.

Lindsay Lohan wreaks havoc while visiting New York City for fashion week

Lindsay Lohan during fashion week in NYC

Lohan in NYC showing off her busty bust
(Friday, Sep 16, 2011) Damn, as if she hasn't gotten herself into any more trouble then she needs to be already, Lindsay Lohan continued her reign of destruction and upheaval during New York City's Fashion Week when she threw more than a tantrum at the V Magazine Black and White Ball at The Standard Hotel.

The Cut reports that without warning Lindsay Lohan stood up from where she was hanging out with a friend and threw a drink -- glass and all -- hitting a cocktail waitress.

Lohan's aim wasn't that great because she reportedly screamed at the waitress, "Not you, him!" pointing to a man in a white T-shirt.

That man was V magazine photographer Jasper Rischen who confirmed the incident when he tweeted:

"Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say. She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for @vmagazine. C.*.*.t."

Lohan must have found it horrible that a photographer who works for the magazine of the party she was attending would have the audacity to try to photograph her.

But the evening's drama didn't end there. According to The Cut, the 25 year old actress along with designer Cynthia Rowley and another friend moved to another section of the bar, "sucker-punching a seemingly innocent bystander as she walked past."

And then in what might have been the strangest part of the night, the website reports that the bar's lights went up and the music went off, and a man yelled "She's bleeding!" The Cut explained:

Medics surrounded a brunette woman, lying with her black sheer-stocking-ed legs elevated on a white leather couch, adjacent to where Lohan had been sitting. When they lifted her up to place her on a stretcher, the back of her black dress was soaked in blood and broken glass, a security guard confirmed after she had been rolled out. By then, the crowd had thinned out.

Wild child Lindsay Lohan may be responsible for putting an abrupt end to
V magazine‘s bash at the Standard Hotel’s Boom Boom room last night in NYC

According to the blog Scallywag And Vagabond, no one is sure if Lohan is to blame, but from the looks of it the woman was hurt badly. With Lindsay's history of legal troubles, she better hope it had nothing to do with her glass throwing antic because this is the last thing she wants to be involved in .

Lindsay Lohan files suit against rapper Pitbull over using her name in a song

Lindsay Lohan is sueing rapper Pitbull over the singer-songwriter’s song “Give Me Everything,” which mentions the name of Lohan in the lyrics. The contentious phrase says: “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” According to Lohan’s documents filed in court, “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, says the main problem is that Pitbull never asked permission to use the actress’s name. “The problem is they used her name without compensation in the song, and confused the public about whether or not she was a collaborator,” Ovadia said.

The actress is suing under New York civil rights laws that protect people from having their name exploited for commercial benefit.

Lohan back in court and being sued by the Betty Ford clinic for $1 million (USD) for an alleged assault on an employee

Lindsay Lohan made a brief appearance in a Los Angeles court Thursday (July 21) for a probation hearing. The judge said Lohan needs to speed up her community service to make sure she meets a deadline to complete 480 hours within a year. The actress has completed 33 hours at a shelter for women. Lohan has completed one shoplifters anonymous class and is having trouble enrolling in court-ordered psychological counseling. Lohan will have to return to court on Oct. 19 for another update. Lohan has another legal worry to deal with. The 25 year old was sued on Thursday (July 21) for $1 million (USD) for an alleged assault on an employee of the California rehab center where the actress spent three months in treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. The former employee claimed in a civil lawsuit that Lohan:
  1. yelled at her
  2. threw a phone at her
  3. grabbed her wrist and twisted it
Of course the only reason this happened (allegedly) was when Lohan was asked to submit to a breathalyzer test in December at the Betty Ford Center near Palm Springs.
